What's the Difference between 6.4V 12Ah and 6v 12ah Lithium ion Battery?
well, for electronic specifications, which is variable in some different conditions.
take lithium ion batteries for example, some customer always ask i want 6v lithium battery, not 6.4v.
well, this is because for lithium ion batteries, which has it's typical working voltage range. it's not a static number, but a range to variate. so our engineers found a typical characteristic of battery lithium ion. for lithium ion phasphate batteries, it has a typical working voltage, that is, most of the time in standard testing enrionment, it's voltage shows 3.2v. so two pieces series connected battery cell will give a typical voltage 6.4v, so called also nominal voltage. well, lifepo4 working platform is always much lower than NCM battery, it always shows 3v for most of the time before drop down, so two pieces series connected batteries will also called 6v battery. that is why 6.4v battery is same with 6v battery.
