TUV group, Rhine, Germany, is an independent international organization for testing, testing and certification.          


Samsung Electronics for 200 thousand mobile phones, 30 thousand large battery charging and discharging test, found the phenomenon of burning loss, in the Note7 equipped with A batteries and B batteries were found for different reasons caused by the loss of combustion. Analysis of the results of the three external agencies involved in the investigation also showed that the battery defects led to the loss of fuel.          


Samsung side said that Samsung Note 7 from October 11th announced all recall so far, the world has been 96% of the machine was eventually recalled.
